Musical History
I started playing the piano when I was 12. I went to a
music school owned by Mr. Peter Katz, in Denver
Colorado. I took music lessons there four hours a day.
When I turned 18 I got a music scholarship at a small
college in Iowa. I never finished, but I never gave up
music either.
Through the years I have written a lot of music, mostly
piano compositions. My first copyrighted works is entitled
Starlight and Waves. It consists of a book full of my
piano compositions. As time went on I started writing
songs.
I have put a link to my songs page below
if you would like to listen to a few of them.
After I left Iowa, I moved to Maryland. I responded to
an ad in a D.C. underground circular and met a fellow
songwriter and musician. His name was Chris. He and I
started a band featuring our own original music. We got
into a lot of arguments over who's songs the band would
play. We worked it out and picked out the best songs from
both of us, and we collaborated on new songs. We got to
play in clubs and parties around the D.C. area. Then Chris
had to move back to Portland, Maine where he was from.
Then the band had broke up. I went to visit him in Maine
one last time. We had fun. He and his girlfriend took
me to Cape Elizabeth, and that weekend we went to some
parties with all local musicians. Chris was the guitarist,
and I the keyboardist. So we jammed the weekend out and
that was the last time I've seen him.
I have published a few songs. If you would like to hear
them
