We discovered a record for Dominga Balunsat recorded as being the godmother of Damiano Carion, in 1818. This shows that she was living in the year 1818 and must have been of a mature age to be a godmother.
*She doesn't have to be awfully old, but she must be capable of guiding the child to grow in the faith.

Obviously the aboriginal photographs showed the people running around in G Strings and the women as barebreasted.
After all, they were part of the 10 or so indiginous tribes of headhunters. But many of the tribal members not only have been christianized but also married foreigners. |

We suppose that Balunsat is a misspelling of the Surname Balansat , also spelled Balanzat. |

We discovered a Baptismal record for Maria Balunsat in the Parish of Saint Dominic register, book two. She was baptized in 1835, the legitimate daughter of Andre Balunsat and Bayantina Danao, the godmother was Maria Barional.
